Return and refund

Any merchandise that Spadico sells is susceptible of being returned in case of some kind of error in the shipment by Spadico.

If the error was on the part of the buyer, the merchandise can be returned by paying the buyer the shipment. Once received the merchandise, our team will check it to see that everything is correct and once verified, the cost of the merchandise will be refunded. If the merchandise does not arrive in the same state in which it was sent, Spadico will not refund the merchandise.
