Packages and shipments

Packages and shipments will be issued by the Redur agency. This company only collects shipments from Monday to Friday during the morning. The 24 / 48h for the delivery of the merchandise will always count from the moment the company picks up the package. Any delay in sending by the agency will not be the responsibility of Spadico and will not be susceptible of complaint or claim by the buyer.
